Starting today, we are taking a two-week break for summer. Miranda and I will be off. I want to emphasize, this is a planned summer vacation. I'm not being fired.

I need everyone to really curb their emotions and know it's just a plan break.

And then we'll come back and jump right into the end of August and fall.

Can we please make a promise to each other now live on the air that if we ever get to a point where we're like, oh, I don't like Megan. I don't like Miranda. I'm through a lot. I don't see that happening. We'll do like a couples counseling struggle session on the show for everyone to just like. I would do that. I would have a therapist talking out on the show. I hate it when people have like a messy breakup and you just don't even know the details. Like when a couple from high school that's been together forever, like all of a sudden they divorce and you don't know any of the drama. Like we've invested so much. I need to know all the gory details. So we promise we will not deprive you of all the juicy. We got in a fight. We talked about it on the show. Oh, yeah, totally. Also, we're content hoars, so it wouldn't be, like, we would figure it out. So, but just remind you again. And we expect you to be too. And we're messy. Again, just a reminder, two week break, but we're coming back. And you again to uh two a for letting us take a break

i'm very excited my family and i are going driving to the beach uh are you are you are you going to be

able to do anything yeah and my girls are going to start school in the time that we are gone

early i know but it's you know but they, they get like three weeks off for the holidays,

like Christmas time and New Year's. So, um, and my husband started, he got a promotion at his job and he's like, the boss. So we didn't get to take the summer. Yes, it's very exciting. Um, so, uh, we didn't get to take our summer vacations. So we're going to take a big winter break, which is going to be, um, Very nice. So the girls are going to start, and it's going to be very nice to have that extra time to prep them and get them back on their sleep schedule because they are not on any kind of sleep schedule. And I think Cece went to bed at 2 a.m. last night. So she still. Oh, my gosh. My girls are like, I will say Ben is really good at that. They're like sleep scheduled with an inch of their life. And it's like, I'm really grateful for it. We're like the Marines. And it's like lights out the end. Speaking of parenting, we actually wanted to talk about this. So I don't know if you guys have seen this, but the Washington Post has this column talking about how the fuck around and find out parenting trend is coming back.

For a long time, it was all about like gentle parenting and like, let me talk out your

emotions and free range parenting, which is my personal idea of hell, by the way, which is
