0:23.1	Welcome back to the Just Ingredients podcast. Today's podcast is going to be a little
0:27.7	different if you notice the time. It's a quick and short one. But basically it is just
0:32.5	to thank you for all of the support that you've given me over the past 200 plus episodes and to just tell you
0:39.5	that I'm going to take a little break during the summer. And this is why. So I have all six
0:45.3	kids at home this summer or living close by me this summer. And for the past six years, I have had
0:52.6	my three oldest boys serving missions for our church,
0:56.9	the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
0:59.2	And these three sons of mine serve back to back.
1:02.0	And so I haven't had a summer in a long time with all of my kids back.
1:06.0	And so I am just feeling the pull to be fully present and to make space for some meaningful family time
1:13.2	with all of my kids home. Plus, my daughter, some of you may have seen on Instagram,
1:18.8	she is headed to Armenia at the end of August because she is going to serve a mission for our church
1:25.2	just like the older boys did. So rest assured, I'm not disappearing.
1:29.7	I'm just stepping back to make room for what matters most for me this summer. So I will be taking
1:35.5	a break from the podcast, but I will not be taking a break from Instagram. I will still be
1:40.2	around on Instagram and TikTok and our Facebook group. We're looking forward to some fun family
1:45.3	vacations. One of them that I'm super excited about is one I dreamed about for a long time,
1:50.1	and it is taking all of my kids to Lake Powell on a houseboat. So we are doing that for a week,
1:56.3	and that is our big family vacation this summer, and I'm excited for that. And since I'm taking a break from the podcast for this summer, I thought I would just share with you the most listened to episodes in case you want to listen to them and my favorite podcast episodes from the past year.
