Now for a few quick tips to help you drop fat and get results with your new year's resolutions.

Number one, be specific with your goals. Instead of saying I want to lose weight or I want to get

in shape, say I'm going to get back to my high school weight. Number two, upgrade the quality

of your meats. This is where a lot of people slack off, especially in the paleo world. Switch to

grass fed, pasture raised meat. If you can find it and it's getting easier and easier to do that,
