Summary

*This is part 2 of Sukh Ojla’s episode. Though you are free to listen in whichever order you so desire we really do recommend listening to part 1 first or things might be slightly confusing*

The Moon Under Water is looking resplendent after having a full renovation, and many of us have been left asking ourselves "Has brass ever looked this good?". Hopefully our next guest is equally impressed, as they're about to arrive in the Correct Realm. It's comedian and author Sukh Ojla.

Sukh has appeared in Black Mirror, EastEnders, Mock The Week and The Big Asian Stand-Up, and last year she released her debut novel Sunny. She's about to make her way through the mists, and we can't wait to hear what will populate her dream pub.

Oh Welcome back to part two, and I have a cabbage memory of a quiz that we left undone before we return to Suke's dream pub, which so far features Carling Stella, Magnus and Peroni.

0:41.7

But Robin, take us off those oh so poetic tenterhooks, please.

0:46.6

Thanks, John. Yeah, this week the pub quiz was about Farrow and Ball paint colours.

0:51.0

Are they real or have I just made them up?

0:53.2

So number one was Cherry Ghost. Sook,

0:55.4

what do you think that is? Do you think that's real? Have you come across that?

0:58.3

No, I said false to that one. False for that one, John? I've said false. It is false. It is the

1:04.8

name of a band, though, who named themselves after a Wilco lyric. So there we go, Cherry Ghost.

1:10.1

Number two was Elephant's Breath.

1:12.6

True. This is true. True, John? I've gone true as well. It is true. It's brownish grey.

1:20.5

Like an elephant's breath. Of course, haven't you ever seen in Elephant's Breath?

1:24.5

Three, dead salmon. Suck.

1:27.1

I've gone for false, just because it's a bit morbid, isn't it?

1:30.1

You don't want to be, I don't think it would be a good seller if it was called dead salmon.

1:34.2

John?

1:34.7

I've gone false because I don't think the sort of people who would use Farrow and Ball Paint are the sort of people who would go, oh, you must try this color, it's dead salmon.

1:44.4

It is real.

1:46.2

What?

1:46.9

Dead salmon.

1:48.0

It's brown with a hint of pink.

1:50.8

Well, but is it maybe said in the sort of sense that a Liverpoolian might say it?
