I really appreciate all of your feedbacks and comments and suggestions for topics. Today we're going to tackle a very

relevant topic that kind of transcends any discipline. It's more about humanity. We're going to

talk about suicide. And there was a recent suicide by a Chicago police officer as you know where I'm from

and I'm very proud and grateful to have my brother Rick who is a sergeant in the Chicago

Police Department be a guest speaker so I'd like to introduce Rick at this time Rick

how have you been?

I'm doing just fine. Hanging in there. You know, enjoying the nice spring day, you know, in the mid-50s,

60s here in Chicago. Well, you're lucky. It's freezing here. Yeah, it's nice. It definitely isn't

here. It's, you know, very nice and looking forward to summer.

But hearing that, we might get a little bit snow in the next, like, week and a half, two weeks, which just, you know, doesn't bode well for me.

No, I hate snow.

I always hated that.

I can deal with the cold, not the snow.

Well, I mean, a lot of people don't like it.

You know, yet we're born and raised in the Midwest, and we stay here our whole lives complaining every winter.

You know, we don't look at a get away to the warm climates, but, you know, it's easier to just complain than a tack-up and move.

Even though we expect it every year, no, it comes every year.
