So let's begin by defining our terms today.

Entropy is fundamentally a term from physics, but in human behavior, entropy is the natural,

psychological, and social tendency toward disorder, chaos, and uncertainty.

As I said earlier, it's borrowed from the physical sciences, from physics.

Because in physics, it's known that systems naturally lose order over time. They break down.

Entropy describes states of mind, states of mental fatigue, conflicting motivations,

and the breakdown of predictable routines.

So when I say suicidal entropy, that's what I'm talking about.

So let's again look at the terms.

The next term we have to look into before we go into the sociology of this is psychological entropy, meaning the mind.

In your brain, in our brains, entropy represents uncertainty and cognitive overload, which all of you are suffering from.

The overload that we are living through today because of social media and the chaos and unrest is destabilizing all of us.

And the brain acts as a machine that is predictable.
