In all of our classes, we teach about the danger of excess sugar and where sugar is hiding in processed foods. Our co-host, dietician Teresa Wagner, also knows a lot about sugar and

I would eat sugar nonstop, having two to three coques a day, eating maybe jelly beans throughout
