what is this health problem? Well, it's cancer. When people hear the diagnosis, you have cancer,

fear and panic pulse through their body. It's a scary diagnosis. The National Cancer Institute predicts that almost 40%

of men and women at some point in their lifetime will be diagnosed with cancer. If you do not want to be a

part of that 40% of those who get cancer, what can you do? What nutritional practices will help you reduce your risk of getting cancer?

Perhaps many of you have already asked yourself that question. Maybe you had a mother, a father,

or a spouse die of cancer. You may wonder, what should I be doing to reduce my risk of getting
