She was known as the Grand Old Lady of Indian Cinema

who starred in many Bollywood films,

but famous in India but not at first in Britain, we got to know her best

in her later years when she starred in the TV series The Jewel in the Crown, and films like

Bend It Like Beckham.

When interviewed, aged 101 and asked what she had enjoyed most in her life,

she said,

Sex, Sex and More Sex.

This week's great life is the actor Zora Segal, the first Indian

actor to have an international career and nominating this week's great life is

actor and playwright Suda Boucha.

Suda, your great life was known for her mischievous sense of humour as I mentioned in the interview

she gave talking about sex at 101.

A sense of humour is a great thing but it doesn't alone make a great actor.

She must, though, have been enormous fun.
