I could definitely empathize. I've had that feeling before and I suspect you have

too and I thought it would be a good question for us to talk about and address so that maybe we can

Yeah, I have also had this complete feeling of just losing sense of yourself

and where your mind is just suffering so much that you really don't know what to do and it feels almost unbearable suffering or like you really are going crazy.

I found a few things that really help with that and some of them initially seem possibly too small in a sense because the suffering is so great that we lose sight of the simple things that can help you feel like if suffering is really big

and really intense, then we need something big and quick and intense to deal with it, but it doesn't

always work that way.

One of my favorite ways to deal with it is to just walk, to just march out the door, down a country lane, get out into nature, and just walk and breathe and walk and breathe, because this kind of anxiety has a lot of adrenaline behind it
