0:10.5

joined here today with Aaron, the NerdSoup Monkey, and we are back to review Succession,

0:14.8

Season 4, Episode 7, Tailgate Party.

0:18.8

Directed by Robert Pulsini and Shari Springer-Berman and written by Will Tracy, another solid

0:24.2

episode we were wondering if this was going to take place at a football game or a sporting

0:28.6

event, but no, it's the day before the election, the most consequential and important

0:32.9

election of our lifetimes, as is every single election according to the mainstream media,

0:37.6

1:17.0

through doors, tempers fly, and it's not only between Shiv and Tom, but also what Matt's

1:22.0

in is trying to keep under wraps, and Kendall, since he became Koseo, all the back door

1:27.5

dealing and maneuvering that he's been trying to do, so... Part of my plans, I love them,

1:32.5

but not in love with them, you know, one head, one crown. Deception was the main theme,

1:38.5

and once again, the writing was absolutely brilliant.

1:41.6

Yeah, deception seems to be like the theme of just like the entire show.
