Once you start making a good positive choice, what has to follow choices?

Action, yeah, behavior has to follow choices, and that's the next line of code in rewiring

your operating system.

You can't just sit on your couch and go, I'm making a different choice.

No.

I get off the damn couch out the front door, I've got to make something happen, so behavior

has to follow choices.

So there's three sure far ways to change your behavior.

Now, here's the problem, 95% of all your behavior is unconscious.

You're not even aware of your behavior.

95% of it has become unconscious, whether you know it or not, it's kind of like this.

Remember when you're first learning the drive, and you're being told to put your hands in

ten and two, and check your left mirror, check your right mirror, check your rear view mirror,

and then this hand's got to do this on this gear shift, and this leg's got to do this,

and this is got to do the foot pedal, and you're like, I'm never going to learn to drive.

Remember how complicated it seemed like it was impossible?
