And that's muscle.

And we'll get a guest on that will tell you the meaning of that muscle because he is a

multi gold medal winner.

And that's not just a Olympic gold medal world championships.

But we're going to talk about a different type of medal beyond that.

And it's the medal that you have and many entrepreneurs have the metal of consistency

and persistent behavior that it takes to be the world's best you know i work really hard to be

the best that i can be but i i have to tell you that it's extremely subjective whether or not you're the world's best at something.

And I will tell you humbly, I don't believe I'm the world's best at anything, but I have been blessed to be around the world's best, unequivocally the world's best.

And that easiest moniker is given by a gold medal at the Olympics. When you

own a world record and you're the world's best and you have an Olympic gold medal, it's very

objective that you can say you're the world's best to receive that medal. But I'm really interested,

James, in the medal that it takes to get that

type of metal. And so for you, I'd love to understand the metal side, not the gold medal, but the

metal that it takes to be one of the world's best at what you do, which I hope I'm in that league as well at

what I do, but there's a certain in that league as well at what I do,

but there's a certain type of metal. What does that mean to you and what is that metal for you
