The fact of the matter is we all have to find successors because there's no success without successors.

Meaning we are not running in a individual race.

We're in a relay. Your job is to pass the baton to people

who can go farther than you can go, who can do what you can't do. Think of life as a relay race.

You run for as long as God has you here, and then you pass the baton to someone else.
