0:04.1	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be success in life and relationships is a never-ending process.
0:12.8	Well, I've got an email success story update from a viewer who has been following me for about 12 years.
0:19.7	And I answered a previous email of his in the
0:23.2	video news that I did a while back called the Balance Centered and Successful Man. And so he goes
0:30.0	through and explains how my work, especially 3% man, helped him to save his marriage and how it's helped him and I would imagine probably
0:41.0	mastering yourself and the other things he's learned because he's been an avid student for a long
0:44.9	time has helped him to excel in his career and he's also teaching the things he's learned
0:50.7	from me to his kids so for of the year that are struggling or having
0:56.7	a hard time or maybe today is just one of those difficult days that you're just thinking, man,
1:03.7	I wish I could be somebody else today. It just goes to show that there is light at the end of the
1:09.7	tunnel. You got to put your head down. You got to keep grinding, you got to keep moving forward,
1:14.4	even when you don't feel like it.
1:16.5	Because success is a process.
1:19.6	So commit to the process of improving yourself and improving your life and trying to get a little better each and every day
1:26.3	and just be consistent over time.
1:28.3	Like Jacco Willink says, I love the phrase, discipline equals freedom.
1:32.3	Because it's true. You have to discipline yourself in every aspect of your life that's important to you, even when you don't feel like it.
1:39.3	You've got to take action to move yourself forward, even if it's incrementally.
1:45.8	And success is making progress after all.
1:48.5	And if you feel like you're making progress in your life, if you see things slowly changing
1:54.3	for the better, that's what's going to make you feel happy and fulfilled.
