From outside the gym the gym is packed today now. This is not going to be a podcast that cracks on all the

New years resolution errors to go to the gym that would be way too easy of a podcast to do

But I do want to talk about the psychology of what it means like

Why is the gym so packed today? Why do people gravitate towards what's easy? What's comfortable?

Um, and all the elements got to be there like the environment has to be just right for somebody to get to the gym

But the environment's got to be just right to start anything right especially if you're an entrepreneur

The environment we wait we wait we wait and then before we know it we're 75 years old then we never took the shot you know

So today it's 60 degrees outside January 2nd, which is ridiculous for southwest Ohio January 2nd to have a 60 degree day
