American dream of finally rising from the blue collar jobs of the working class, to the white collar

a place that drives inequality in the ideas of us versus them.

However, as suburbs are growing increasingly, ethnically, racially, and religiously diverse.

Maybe, just maybe, the suburbs are leaving all that racism, that inequality, that

us versus them thinking behind.
