I got to be honest with you. I got zero official plans for episode 500.

I am neck to eyeballs deep in work

and I just have not been able to put together something splashy.

That's sort of business as usual for me, I guess, with the podcast, but I don't want anyone

to think that I am not super excited that I'm edging towards 500 or that we won't figure something out, but in the interim, please enjoy this conversation with the wonderful Suba.

handmade little like noodle and ground meatballs and turkey meat and it's oh that'll put you out that'll tell you what

and it's like not it's it just turned noon and and like my enthusiasm was such that I was like, oh my God, like of course, you know, it was good anyway.

And then you're like, you're excited, I'm excited.

And then I ate it and then I was like, poo, um, like I hope I can focus thoughts and I don't just say stuff like broth.

So we'll see how I do.
