Wife and I bought our first house this past Friday.

We show up to it Wednesday.

There's an inch of water across the whole...

It's a one-story house.

So across all of our floors.

And yesterday stripped out all the stuff.

The guy, the plumber, the expert tried to make you feel better.

I think inadvertently he made it worse. He's like, I've never seen a valve like broke, popped open in our master bathroom.

And whatever particular valve it was, he was like, man, I've, I've

never seen one of these break before. And I'm like, thanks, man. That's awesome. That's not what I

wanted to just. He also said he's like, yeah, I mean, they shouldn't break. And I'm like, well,

yeah, they shouldn't break. I'd rather not do this either. You're right, sir. But I mean, you said also that the folks who had come in, the contractors, he, I think, was included in that mix, was very helpful, all things considered.
