For those that don't know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

And I know with all of us sheltering at home and sheltering into place now, it can get a bit tough. For me personally, I never

realized how much of an extrovert I was until I had to stay inside. So I just wanted to touch

base real quick to make sure that you're taking care of your mental health. For me, I try to go for walks responsibly, social distancing with friends.

Listing your hobbies might help others and reading the hobbies of others might help you.
