Hi, hey, folks. I just wanted to let you know about an upcoming opportunity I have for you to take a class that I'm going to be teaching.

Start in the second week in May, I'm going to be teaching introduction to parapsychology for the Ryan Education Center.

Parapsychology is a fascinating field in and of itself, and the class will help you appreciate the mysteries that we cover on Jimmy Aiken's mysterious world, even more. Parapsychology

is the branch of science that studies psychic function in and the survival of bodily death.

This means that it covers the evidence scientists have found regarding psychic experiences

involving telepathy, remote viewing, and precognition. People are often amazed at the results of the laboratory

tests that parapsychologists have done on these abilities with some statistics professors saying

that these abilities have now been proved as much as anything else has been proved in science.

We'll also be talking about the spontaneous psychic experiences that people have and what factors tend to

promote them. When it comes to the question of survival, we'll be looking at the scientific

evidence we have that people really do survive death. It's not just a matter of religious

faith. There are multiple lines of evidence accessible to scientists that point to us and our loved

ones survive in the deaths of our bodies. These include things like deathbed visions, near-death

experiences, and apparitions. And you'll be really amazed at some of the evidential punch that these

can have, with people learning things they had no natural way of knowing that

turned out to be 100% true. We'll also be talking about phenomena like hauntins, poltergeists,

and the apparitions of ghosts. So I hope that, as a listener of Mysterious World, you'll join

me in studying Parapsychology. Every week, for eight weeks, I'll be delivering an online

lecture that you can watch on your phone, tablet, or computer, and you don't have to be present

for the lecture live, because all the lectures are recorded so that you can watch them at your

convenience. You're welcome to audit the course, that is, you can just watch and enjoy the lectures for your own interest and information. You're also welcome to take the course for a grade. And if you pass, which is not hard, you'll get a certificate signed by me to document your progress. If you like, you can also take other courses from the Rhine and work towards one of several different certificates in Parapsychology.
