Happy folks! I wanted to let you know about an opportunity that's coming up soon. As listeners

of Mysterious World Know, I've been taking classes in Parapsychology from the Ryan Education

Center for a few years now, and it's really added a lot to the show. Recently, I earned a certificate

from the Ryan on the scientific investigation of the paranormal. What's more, the Ryan has gotten

to know me and the kind of work I do, and they've asked me to teach for them. As a result,

this October, November, I'm going to be teaching their Introduction to Parapsychology course.

It will be an eight-week online course. It meets once a week, and you don't have to be present

for the classes because they're all recorded on video, so you can watch them whenever's convenient

for you. The course will survey the entire field of Parapsychology, including topics that we

haven't covered on Mysterious World. You'll learn what Parapsychology does and doesn't involve

how it functions as a science, and how the science is applied in field situations when people

have paranormal experiences. We'll be talking about research on ESP, psychokinesis, and survival

after death, as well as spontaneous psychic experiences, apparitions, hauntings, poltergeists,

and more. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions of me and engage in discussions with fellow

students. Since this is an introductory course, it's designed to be basic, simple, and easily

within the reach of a beginning student. You're welcome to take the course just for your own

information, but if you decide to take it for a grade and you pass, you'll also receive a

certificate from the Rhine that's signed by me. So if you're interested in the paranormal and
