Are you trying enough new things?

Is there enough novelty in your life? The human brain is wired for novelty. Think about how much

we used to love to play as kids, explore things, discover new things.

We tend to lose this as we get older, don't we?

We get stuck in ruts, we become very comfortable, we have our routines, we drive the same

way to work, we have the same breakfast, we have the same breakfast, we spend Saturday nights the same way.

Hey look, nothing wrong with routine. I love it myself.

But sometimes we limit ourselves without even realizing it. Sometimes we shut off opportunities,

new ways of being, new things to try

for no real reason,

apart from the fact that we don't even really think about it.

Now, I can tell you, there's been one shift in my life recently

that I've really enjoyed.
