This is the podcast where each week we'll meet a guest who’ll help us pay attention to something we should know about, but maybe don’t.
This week we're talking about breathwork; the science behind harnessing our breathing, how exercises can help us to access our emotions, and our guest treats us to a guided breathing session to help with balance.
Stuart Sandeman is an author, radio host on breathing coach. He's worked with everyone from Olympic athletes to business executives. He's a trained respiratory coach, and has studied both Eastern methodologies and Western science and brings all of this education together in his show, Radio One's Decompression Session, as well as through his social media app and courses, all called 'Breathpod'.
Timestamp for guided breathwork session: 56:22
