After nine plus years Donna Adelson finally appeared in the Tallahassee

courtroom back in December to hear the charges from Judge Everett levied against

her including murder in the conspiracy to kill her ex son-in-law

FSU law professor Dan Markel. The following day her son Charlie Adelson was

sentenced to life in prison without parole. This Monday Donna Adelson heads

back to court as it appears she is desperate for her trial to begin and tonight we have the distinct pleasure in honor of being joined by her

and Charlie Adelson's lead defense counsel Daniel Rashbaum.
