What's up, Bestias Nation, and welcome to another episode of surviving the survivor the

podcast that promises to bring you the very best

You guys all know this case inside out,

but just a very quick recap.

Dan Markel of course is the Harvard Educated

undergrad and law school professor from FSU,

gunned down in his Tallahassee driveway back in July of 2014,

July 18th to be exact.

They actually suffered for a bunch of hours,

did not pass away until the next day, July 19th.

Nine plus years later, Charlie Adelson is convicted. He is sentenced to life in prison without parole,

otherwise known in Florida as life. Life in Florida is life as attorneys and others like to say and we just got a

notification that he's actually being transferred from Leon County likely to

the reception area in the panhandle, and we're going to hear his own voice momentarily.

Meanwhile, a week after Charlie's conviction Donna Adelson was arrested and so she now

too is behind bars and tonight we're going to examine phone calls that Charlie

Adelson made post-conviction, literally starting the day that he was convicted.
