And once again, we are picking up on this ever-evolving but so mysterious story that goes back to September 19th of last year where Sheriff Sheriff Mickey Steins and Letcherich County, Kentucky,

shot and killed Judge Kevin Mullins,

for whom he was a bailiff for prior to becoming sheriff.

Now, the single question still remains, why? There have been so many rumors, so much hearsay,

but since the last time we covered this, we have talked to several anonymous sources. People

come forward, some that we have reached out to, and a clear picture now is starting to emerge about what happened on that fateful day in Electric County, Kentucky.
