| 1:15.5 | So many of us are just overexposed to stress and stimulation, which can cause things like |
| 1:23.2 | sleep issues and anxiety and subsequently it can actually make you more prone to getting |
| 1:28.0 | sick after being exposed to a virus. |
| 1:31.4 | And one of those sources of stress that a lot of people write off is overexposure to |
| 1:36.8 | light wavelengths that are stimulating and disrupt your hormones and circadian rhythms. |
