What I would recommend is rather than viewing everything as separate specific issues, which is what we're inclined to do when we're

suffering from something we get very specific and label things specifically.

We will label the social phobia, the riding in an elevator, beer of food allergies, everything.

We'll label it all of specific issues.

And the medical profession is inclined to do that with us too when we go to a doctor and we have different aches and pains a Western doctor will treat them separately.
