How are you doing this time of year? This episode comes out the day after Christmas day.

In the UK we call it Boxing Day. In the US it doesn't really have a name it's not a holiday but in the UK

we always take the day after Christmas off it is a public holiday everybody everybody rests, and I like it, I have to say, I kind of miss it.

When I had my corporate job, it wasn't a holiday that was observed, and I was like, hmm, how about that?

Well, how are you doing this week? I've heard from a few people that they find it hard to disconnect.

And I don't just mean disconnect from your phones

I mean, when life is go-go, right, and we're attached to our laptops,

attached to our email, attached to our work, it can be kind of tricky to have an entirely quiet week off

which can kind of make us feel like we're still in that adrenaline phase of working,

even though we may be with our family, or we may be around people who aren't working because they're just, you know, they're taking this time off.
