When it comes to, you know, like lifting some of these sandbags, lifting some of these stones, a lot of people are scared of their back positioning.

0:06.9

Sure, they try to get into these things. What have you noticed with your back?

0:09.1

A stone or a sandbag is not a barbable. The weights are not comparable. It's nothing like that.

0:13.1

There's a fail safe built into stones that I've found because the reality is for the most people, your backs are going to be stronger than your wrists. And so you're not going to blow your back out because your wrists are going to go first. You are going to be stronger the more

0:58.3

You can drink a,

0:58.8

take a shot out of that.

1:00.2

That's developed, bro.

1:01.6

I want to take like a little matchbox car and like go over the jump right here.
