We are in our vision series called Stronger. From wherever you're listening we hope you're encouraged by this week's message.

Many of you have been calling and planning to be here with us for our grand opening service where we celebrate in 21 years of ministry,

five years of me and Pastor Natalie being the pastors of this amazing church and our grand opening of our building.

And some of y'all heard it was February 2nd, but we had to shift that to February 9th because the Super Bowl is February 2nd.

So this is what I want to do is call an audible and I want you and everybody you're planning to come with to come on February 9th.

And I believe if you've already planned it you have favor to get those things changed because we are going to celebrate a little birdie told me there's a worship night going to happen.

Somebody else told me that we're having special guests and ministers come from all over the country and you want to be here for this momentous Sunday when we celebrate this crazy faith miracle that I'm standing in right now and all the lives that have been transformed and that will be transformed.

So I cannot wait to see you on grand opening weekend here at Transformation Church. Enjoy this message.

But as I begin to think about how do we set the stage for becoming stronger.

I went to Ephesians 16 and I want you to go there right now because Ephesians 16 is basically the anchor scripture for this entire series.

And when I went away to ask God what the word for the year is and he told me stronger.

He didn't let me to all these scriptures in the Bible that talk about being stronger and this is the one he kept literally replaying in my head and in my heart and this is going to be an anchor for us all of 2020.

So you're going to hear this scripture somewhere in every series no matter if we're talking about relationship, finances, spiritual warfare, whatever we talk about you're going to hear this scripture and look what it says Ephesians chapter 6 verse 10.

It says a final word. Be strong. Now I want you to see that this is the final thing that Paul is saying right here and it's such a declarative statement.

He says help me. Be what? Strong. But then it tells us that our strength is not found in what we can do on our own.

It tells us where to place our hope or our security for our strength. What does it say be strong in the oh snap.

So that means I can't be strong in my business plan alone. That means I can't be strong in my education alone.

That means I can't be strong in my know how or my abilities alone. It says be strong in the Lord and then watch and in his mighty power.

So put on all God's armors so that you will be able to stand firm against all the strategies of the devil.

So there's opposition coming but God is saying be strong in him and you'll be able to withstand everything that will be coming your way.

Everybody shout at me. Be strong. Now when I kept reading that and going over that in my mind and in my heart be strong.
