It's very exciting times in my life in the basement.

So we did an episode early on in the podcast about fitness and health more generally.

But yeah, I think a lot of people don't realize how into weightlifting you've gotten in

the last two or three years.

So we thought this might be a good opportunity.

Everyone having just seen you lift a bunch of nail polish to actually have like a more

specific conversation about weightlifting, what it's like to be a woman into weightlifting

questions about your routine, your PRs, if it was intimidating at first, all that sort

of stuff.

And I totally understand that not everyone is interested in this topic.

I know it's a niche thing and that it's probably a little like random seeming.
