Summary
Have you ever wondered where to draw the line between striving to be your best self and accepting who you are? This debate can seem quite confusing because they seem to be contradictory yet struggle to remain as healthy guides when standing alone. Limitless thinking can be super helpful at times, AND we have to be careful because it can lead us into muddy waters with no boundaries. And this unboundried idea that we can be anything we want starts to sound like we should be everything. On the other hand, when we soley grab onto self acceptance, this lackadaisical almost surrender to our potential shows up that can move us to a state of not trying and thus not even being our true selves. So, join Kat this week as she walks through ways to hold both self improvement and acceptance at the same time.
