So we were just talking about when God has you in a transition season, a season of leveling up, a season of transition, and how hard it is.

Like, y'all could probably hear my voice, I'm so tired, but how hard it is, like, when you're in a seasonal transition, I feel like it's

hard because you're trying to figure out what part of the old youth stays and what part goes.

There's certain characteristic that God wants you to take into this new season of your

life, but then there's also parts that he wants you to get rid of. So that's where the difficult part comes in because I was telling her like, you know, I'm just craving more quiet time now. I have to be very intentional about my quiet time because

it's a transitional season is also a stripping season. It's out with the old and end with the new,

but you have to decipher what's the old and what's

have to figure out how to function with the new. So it's two things at work at the same time when you're in the season of transition and that is difficult is difficult. It's

transition it's important to lean into God because your mind and your body is
