Tuesday, the 26th of April, the day that will go down in history because the junior

doctors strike, well, as of the time we recorded this program, it's still going ahead.

Whether it changes later on, I have no idea. It'd be nice to think that we could avert it.

It would be nice to think after 65 years,

we've made some sort of, you know, I mean, if they can only see their way through the mist and the fog that clouds people's very vision, then maybe we can sort something out today.

Plus, of course, the train strike for the southern train users. 300,000 of you are going to

be disrupted today, and that'll run 24 hours.

So it's going to make getting home very difficult.

It's just a pain.

I have every sympathy with anybody who gets disrupted by unions or whatever else it happens to be.
