the US and Israel have launched thousands of strikes

on Iran's nuclear sites, military and civilian infrastructure

and leadership for the second time in less than a year.

Israel has confirmed that the supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khomeini, has been killed.

Iran has responded by launching attacks on Israel and U.S US allied states in the goal.

Revisited sites hit in the first round of the U.S. and Israeli strikes last year, which President
