new labor packs with the United Auto Workers Union, or risk a strike that could bring significant

disruptions to the auto industry. The labor contracts cover about 146,000 U.S. factory workers.

The union end the three auto makers, General Motors, Ford and Jeep Maker Stellantis,

different approach to how they're going out on strike. So they're doing what's called a stand-up

strike, and it's a targeted approach where they pick one or a few factories at each automaker
