Gunpowder, treason, and yes, there were some aerial displays. Yes, there were sort of fireworks,

because the lucky thing is, it's sort of dark earlier on.

And so people can get out there at half-past five and let off the fireworks for the kids and stuff like that.

So that was okay. But it didn't really bother me too much.

Normally we wake up to sort of discover there are sticks lying all over the place from the rockets.

But we didn't get any of that. So obviously rockets not in favour this year.

What was in favour this year. What was in favour this year? At the moment it's still MPs. It's still people who might or might not have done something. And to be honest with it, I think it's just going to

fizzle out. I'm totally convinced it's just going to fizzle out. I can't see any other way

of it sort of working. But there we go. We'll have to sort of, I'm sure it'll work out quite nicely.

Aston Merigold, a bloke who can dance, kicked off on a program with a load of people who can't dance.

I mean, how did that work out? Lots of people are claiming that he was underscored that it's now become, it's fixed. That's what they say. They're openly saying it's fixed, which I love.

They're going, I mean, how can it be? He can dance. You had to dance off with Molly King. She's not very good.

Ruth can't dance for Toffee. Really can't dance for Toffee. And yet it's all a bit, all a bit bizarre.

So anyway, so the fan's not happy with that one, but then it gets the program publicity. Debbie McGee says she's sincerely happy for the first time since Paul Daniels died.

And I would think so, too. They've been together a long time. It's very difficult to get over

things like that. I don't think she ever, you know, she's trying to get a life back in order.
