About you, specifically what you were born to do.

And we're going to look at that from a professional context because I believe that you were created

to fill a unique role in your work.

That means that you are needed and it also means that you must do it.

See, with that tremendous value, also comes tremendous responsibility.

I want you to start looking at work as there's somebody out there in the world that's going

to encounter me in my job, whether I like it or not.

And what I do, the work and the results of the work, can in fact make a difference in

their life.

Now, when you begin to see work that way, because here's the reality, most people don't

see work that way, I get it.

I've got a bit of an uphill climb, but I'm okay with it.

Most people see work as this utilitarian function.

This is I work to get a paycheck to be able to afford to live.

Now there's no, there's no denying that there is a component of, I got to have a paycheck.

And so there is a, there is provision that is attached to work.
