Put that question up because I want to give them the right answer. How old is Gateway? Well the answer is

actually B and C. I'm just joking. I'm a little older than that.

All right, so anyway, just it is 20 years old.

So, all right, so we're in a series called perfect or perfected.

And we talked about perfectionism last week and it's amazing how many people came up to me

this week and said I didn't realize that the word perfect had become a buzzword

with me. How much we say the word perfect? So we're talking about perfectionism. This week though, we're going to talk about stressed out and we're going to

talk about stress stress is in all of our lives, but let me just say something.

Perfectionism causes extreme and continual stress.

So I'm gonna give you some examples.

You can see I've got some stuff on the stage.

You'll never forget the illustrations I'm going to use in a moment.

But my son James has a little land, like five and a half acres.

He's actually outside of city limits.

And so he can shoot a gun or do whatever it wants.

He raises animals.

He has chickens, and he has cows. He's had sheep until one of the rams, rammed

Bridget, his wife, and so they ate him.
