had this quick little list that I put together on how to manage stress because a lot of people

are stressed out, but they don't really know how to manage it, right? So what do you do if you're

stressed? Do you just, do you just pray about it? Do you wait until the stress subsides somehow?

But I think there's some things that we can actually do in terms of helping us manage stress. So

number one is avoid coffee alcohol and nicotine. Did you know that alcohol is a depressant

and large quantities and a stimulant in smaller quantities. Alcohol is a depressant and large

quantities and a stimulant in small quantities. So we're probably going to have to limit our alcohol

intake in large quantities if we want to monitor our stress, okay? And I guess it's kind of,

what's the word I'm looking for? It's kind of ironic that when people get stressed out they say,

what man, I need a drink and you want to drink your problems away, but in the moment you may not

be as stressed, but that stress is going to be, it's going to hit you right in the face where you wake up,

hung over in the morning. Number two, take part in physical activities. We need to exercise,

get your body going. If you feel stressed out, let's start adopting the gym. Let's get your body

moving. Let's get active, all right? Like go play sports, go walk on a treadmill, do something,

they get your body active because when your body's moving, stress starts to subside, especially

in that moment, you got to get that blood flowing baby. Listen, number three, get more sleep.

Again, man, sleep is for suckers. I built that brand when I was 20 something and I didn't have

a lot of stress and I thought the grind was cool and I'm sitting there building my brand
