And things like oxidative stress and inflammation, which are driven by environmental factors, lifestyle factors, et cetera, drive this chronic assault on your body over time, which degrades

the fine equipment and machinery that operate your body. And so as things wear out and break down,

that's aging. And so whether it's brain function, joint function, heart function, et cetera,
