It's the built-in teacher that instantly challenges the status quo.

Curiosity is essential to progress.

In fact, curiosity is as much a part of human nature as the elbow is a part of the arm, and yet,

what a deceitful role curiosity can play. Remove the safety belt of biblical restraint,

and curiosity sends our vehicle of learning on a collision course for disaster. Our enemy knows that, and he counts on it.

He knows how much we believe the old line,

and need to satisfy my curiosity.

Oh, he's a master at setting a trap

that makes our curiosity sit up and get sucked in.

Remember, he's been setting traps a lot longer than you and I have been dodging them.

If he can garnish the hook with just the right bait,

designed to arouse just enough of our curiosity,

well, it's only a matter of time. Of course, we need not be the stupid

victims of our foolish curiosity. Let's take God seriously and let's follow his word.
