The core belief of a person can be altered if they are not grounded in the truth of God's word.

This means that your core belief, what you believe to be true can be altered if you're not grounded in the word it can be changed

if you're not grounded first peter two and two as newborn babes this is when you first get saved

desire the what?

It's telling you to desire it.

You know why it's telling you to desire it?

Because your flesh is not going to desire it.

A baby crying knows what he wants.

They can't get what he wants.

Somebody has to give it to him. Right? Same with the word. You want to be something, but you can't be nothing. You got to get it from the word.

You got to get it from God. So he's telling you, desire it. Look at somebody and say desired.

Desire it. That means you have to want to do it.

You don't want to do it, you're going to stay a babe.

You know what a person that stays a baby, but their body is the size of an adult that's called mental retardation. It means they did not develop correctly, right?

That's what we have now, a bunch of pastors, folks leading church folks,

but have mentalities of babes. They did not desire and they still don't desire. The sincere

milk of the word. Desire to sense of the milk of the word that you may grow thereby when our desires

are not aligned with the bible then we will tailor our core beliefs toward what we desire instead

you hear that so if you don't have the bible to tell you what to do you're going to do what you want to do and say that God is cool with it.

That was the argument I kept getting.
