the topic, and how to make difficult conversations easy.

I think this will help you in almost every area under your life from this point forward.

Anytime you have to engage with another human being, for any type of uncomfortable conversation.

Okay, here we go.

I learned a lot in this area from Jim Rohn, and he said, you can be stronger if you

care more.

The more you care, the stronger you can be.

It starts with what is the intent in your heart.

That's the difference between somebody who is giving you tough love, and somebody who's

just being an A-hole.

It's the intent behind it.

Do they care?

Are they doing it because they love, respect, and want to see you be better?

Or are they doing it to diminish, to discredit, or just to turn you into somebody, subservient?
