Irby, aka Steve Sweatpants, is a renowned street photographer. He's also the co-owner and co-founder

of Street Dreams magazine. They've got headquarters in Brooklyn and Vancouver. And this publication

that he produces showcases up and coming photographers.

It also crowdsources photos via Instagram to create a physical and a digital zine, which is

unlike anything of its kind.

It is a beautiful zine.

And this sort of underpins Steve himself as a creator. Born in

Brooklyn and raised in Queens, the majority of Steve's photographic work is derived from the

endless source of inspiration found in his home turf with some intriguing travelogs to round out what has become an insanely compelling portfolio

that is behind his rapidly emerging recognition in the photojournalism community.

He shoots primarily in black and white, but most recently he's been published in incredible places like GQ and the New Yorker, specifically in response to the demonstrations for racial equality, the BLM movement worldwide that is everywhere, as it rightly should be right now.
