We're going to be talking about dealing with stubborn demons.

Dealing with stubborn demons.

When it comes to deliverance, Christians aren't the only ones

with the history of confronting demons.

Egyptians, Persians, Canaanites, and a host of other cultures actually sought to invoke

and remove demons.

In fact, even in Dead Sea Scrolls, we see that Solomon cast out demons.

We see that David wrote songs about casting out demons

in Dead Sea Scrolls, and Josephus wrote about that. Exorcism, deliverance was practiced by Jesus

and his disciples, and it actually has become a lost art in the church. But if you look at synoptic gospels, so those are Matthew, Mark, and look,

if you look at synoptic gospels, you will see that one-third of the chapters

contain instances and references to demonic supernatural.

One-third in the gospels and synopt Gospels refer to deliverance and to demons.

Every casting of demons was done in the public.

And something that we have to kind of keep in mind is that Jesus was a deliverance minister.
