All right guys I want to share with you today concerning demons and strongholds.

Demons and strongholds. Let me position myself in the center. Demons and strongholds.

A lot of times when we talk about deliverance, we put so much emphasis on getting demons out.

And today I would like to focus on another component of deliverance and that is breaking down strongholds.

Now today's teaching is going to be an introduction to strongholds. We will do another one following one that will deal with

specifically how to pull strong strongholds down. Today we're going to deal with

mainly how to identify them and also the difference between strongholds and

demons. One of the great examples of strongholds in the Old Testament is the

city of Jericho.

I believe it's like a shadow or a symbol or an Old Testament reality, Old Testament shadow

of a New Testament reality. A city of Jericho was closed in. It was, it had a wall around it

and it had gates that was closed in and Israel could not penetrate

that city naturally. They couldn't penetrate that city by fighting against that city. They needed

supernatural help from God to penetrate that city and through walking around six days one time

and then the seventh day seven times through the power of God through

shouting through the Ark of God they were able to see the power of God break down

the walls and they were able to go inside and capture that city and take that city

...
