I want to speak today concerning the topic of the war within. We're going to deal with

the flesh. The challenge that happens with us, a lot of us, especially who get exposed to

the spiritual warfare and who get exposed to the demonic kingdom is this,

is that we begin to think that everything is a demon.

Or we begin to act like the deliverance will fix everything.

The deliverance will remove the internal war that we as Christians have.

And in fact, sometimes we even take the scriptures out

of context and we begin to fight the devil behind every bush instead of doing what the Bible

teaches us. So today I want to bring more of a biblical teaching. I'm a pastor who believes in

deliverance. Our ministry believes in deliverance. And I think that we're actually one of the

ones that are at the forefront of this deliverance movement. But as well as we practice deliverance,

we believe in deliverance, we teach deliverance, and we have so many opportunities where

deliverance is happening in our church. We have to complement the teaching on deliverance with the teaching

of the scripture concerning discipline, discipleship, and devotion. And the Bible talks about this

as conquering the flesh. The verse I'm going to read to you, and if you have your Bible or
